To the Editor of The Sun—Sir: Apropos of the great war. There is a geological, atmospheric, ethnological, climatic, racial, sociological, ancestral, sidereal, stellar, morphological, histological, historical, prenatal eternity which weights, motives, inflates and directs the smallest acts of every living being on the planet Earth. And yet there are the who mouth “free will” and “blame”!
