Ursula K. Le Guin is a writer who is best known for her science fiction and fantasy novels. Some of her most popular series are the Earthsea saga (A Wizard of Earthsea, The Tombs of Atuan, etc.) and the Hainish cycle (The Left Hand of Darkness, The Dispossessed, etc.). In addition, she has written a host of mundane stories and tales for children, along with essays, articles and speeches on a variety of topics.
I very much enjoy Le Guin’s style of story telling. She approaches ideas from personal, interpersonal and sociological angles.
